Meet The Coaches

Of Upper Merion All Stars

Owner Operator

 Alexzandria D 'Aulerio

Hello, my name is Alexzandria. For those who don’t know me and are meeting me for the first time, I am the Owner-Operator of UMAS—a position I’ve proudly held for the last eight years. For those who are already part of the UMAS family, I am simply known as “DDA”; that’s “D-D-A” said very quickly! :)

Coaching All Star Cheer is the greatest passion of my life, second only to being a mother, a wife, and a family-first woman, all while remaining a constant student of both parenting and the cheer game.

I believe my destiny as a coach started at a very young age in showcase and competitive dance. All the way into my teen years, I was pushed by incredible teachers to be the very best version of myself. This eventually led me to teaching and coaching in both dance and cheer. From those early days to this very moment, coaching has fulfilled my entire being. Even after nearly two decades in this role, it still feels brand new at the start of every single season. It never gets old! New seasons, new athletes, new goals... what a life.

I feel incredibly accomplished, fulfilled, and thankful to be in the position I am today. Coaching every new cheerleader who walks through the UMAS doors is another chapter in the exciting adventure of my ever-evolving life!

 Coach Jen

Hi everyone, I am coach Jennifer and I have been with UMAS since 2014.  I started my coaching career at the age of 14. I am extremely lucky, grateful, and blessed to be able to share my passion for cheerleading for the past 42 years to our UMAS athletes. I have had the pleasure of coaching our level 1 athletes all the way up to our level 6 worlds athletes.  In 2021, I was honored to bring home the Bronze Globe from the Cheerleading Worlds with Royals X-Small Coed.  Beside coaching at UMAS I am also the travel coordinator for our teams.

When I am not at the gym, I am working as a Legal Administrator for an Investments firm in Malvern.

Looking forward to another amazing year at UMAS!

 Coach Janice

Hi there!  I am Coach Janice and also the Business Manager at UMAS!  This season I will be coaching Raindrops and Junior Blue!

I have been with UMAS from the very first year as a parent and have grown with the program into other roles such as videographer, social media, pro shop and most proudly as a Coach 4 seasons ago to our prep teams!

I really enjoy working with our beginner, level 1 and level 2 athletes and seeing them gain new skills and confidence is the most rewarding part of being in the UMAS family.

I work at Merck during the day as a Project Associate and live in King of Prussia with my husband Phil and am the proud mom of three!  My son Philip is currently studying Cybersecurity at RIT in NY, my daughter Jocelyn cheered at UMAS for 11 seasons and is going into her sophomore year at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss!💙❤️) studying elementary education and my youngest daughter Sydney Claire is also going into her freshmen year Ole Miss studying elementary education and occupational therapy.

I can’t wait to meet all our new athletes and be a part of your athlete’s experience in their all star journey!  Welcome to the Fam 👋 ! 💕🍊

 Coach Jimmy

Hello, I am Coach Jimmy—the guru of all things athletic! From the simple act of placing a Band-Aid over a broken fingernail to the intricate taping of just about any injury an athlete could (and at times does) sustain, I've got it covered.

I have been the Strength and Conditioning Coach running the program here at UMAS for the last six years, alongside holding a hands-on assistant coaching position for our Worlds teams. While other life adventures and events temporarily took me away, my journey somehow always led me back to coaching. It is a career that has spanned nearly 50 years across multiple sports, ultimately landing me at an almost second-home comfort level here, coaching cheerleading into my late 60s!

I am an extremely lucky man, father, and grandfather to have and to hold such a position. Spending these years coaching and teaching a new generation of athletes and rising stars makes me truly blessed!

 Coach Kim

Hello everyone!

My name is Coach Kim, and I’m so excited to kick off another incredible season with Upper Merion All Stars!

I’ve been involved in the cheer world in many different roles since I was 18 years old — on both the East Coast and the West Coast. Cheerleading has been a lifelong passion of mine, and it’s even more special because it’s something I share with my three amazing daughters, who are 26, 23, and 17. I have the absolute joy of coaching alongside my daughter Alexa here at UMAS, and I think we make a pretty great team!

When I’m not at the cheer gym, I’m immersed in my other passion: fundraising and event planning. I work full-time as a senior Director of Advancement at a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality education to marginalized and underserved students. I also have the privilege of directing and choreographing full-length musical productions with students in North Philadelphia and it is very rewarding to uplift and empower young people through the arts. You can find me in Cape May during the summer hanging on the beach and paddle boarding with my Lab Jasper.

I’m always thrilled to start a new season with UMAS. I can’t wait to see all of our returning athletes and to meet the new faces joining our cheer family.
